When booking an appointment, please note that a deposit is required to secure your spot. After your appointment is confirmed, a mandatory intake form will be sent to your phone and email. This form must be completed to finalize your booking. Incomplete forms may result in your appointment being cancelled.

Only clients receiving services are permitted in the studio. We kindly ask that you do not bring guests, children, or additional visitors to your appointment. Space is limited, and we strive to keep the atmosphere relaxing and focused on your experience.

For the safety and security of our clients and team, cameras are present throughout the studio. Portions of services may be filmed for internal or promotional use; however, any footage showing a client’s face will not be shared or posted without their permission.

15 mins grace period.

After 15 mins $15 late fee will be applied to service. More than 25 minutes will result in the salons right to cancel appointment & forfeit deposit.

Please note that rescheduling on the same day will lead to the forfeiture of the deposit. Each appointment and deposit allows for only one reschedule.

Any cancellations within 48 hours of appointment will forfeit of deposit.
